Research/Clinical Interests: 

Dr. Swanson's previous research focused on optimizing reproductive health care, especially abortion care for low-income women, both in the United States and abroad. She spent 2016-2017 in Kampala, Uganda on a Fogarty Global Health Fellowship working on a project to improve access to cervical cancer care. Megan hopes to pursue a career in gynecologic oncology with a niche in international advocacy for women with cervical cancer.
