Erica Rajabi Vice President for UCSF Women's Health Services
The Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive Services is pleased to announce that Erica Rajabi has accepted the permanent position for Vice President for UCSF Women's Health Services. Erica joined UCSF in 2017 as the Director of Ambulatory Services for Women's Health after serving as Senior Administrative Director at NYU Langone Medical Center.
At NYU, Erica ran operations for hospital and outpatient services and led operations for her areas during Super Storm Sandy. Prior to that, at Stanford she focused on Patient Safety & Quality and presented at numerous forums including the International Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare, Institute of Healthcare Improvement, American College of Healthcare Executives, and Planetree.
Since her arrival at UCSF, Erica has led multiple initiatives across ambulatory women’s services resulting in improved patient experience and staff engagement scores. Erica successfully reorganized practice areas for strategic development and growth for the future for women’s health services.
Erica will be part of UCSF Health’s senior leadership team with accountability to lead and direct women’s health strategies that are critical to achieving UCSF Health’s vision and strategic plan. She is responsible for the ongoing development, standardization, performance and operational excellence for women’s health services and will lead the strategy, growth and development of new women’s health services across UCSF Health’s owned and affiliated sites. Erica will be the dyad partner for the new CMO for Women’s Health Services which is currently being recruited.
