The focus of Dr. Traci Ito's practice is medical and surgical management of fibroids, abnormal uterine bleeding, ovarian cysts, pelvic masses, endometriosis, and pelvic pain. She performs minimally invasive surgery using traditional laparoscopy and the Da Vinci robotic platform. Dr. Ito also engages in multi-disciplinary management of the patient, collaborating with other specialties and incorporates other services such as physical therapy in treatment of her patients.
Currently she has ongoing research projects regarding intraoperative management of bleeding with fibroid surgery. Dr. Ito's focus is on research video education as well as surgical education research.
